My Experiences

Executive Director

I run a national cultural and educational institution that operated online and in person, managing processes and policy. Managing seven direct staff members and communicating with more than a dozen experts and faculty, I kept institutional targets within reach. My role was to manage the day-to-day running of the company by overseeing the budget, contract sign-off, and efficiencies to ensure that the company was financially healthy and efficient. With unit leaders, I crafted and implemented actions to maximize performance and increase organizational efficiency. I also managed human resources such as hiring, training, and retention to create an effective and engaged workforce. In addition, I designed and implemented macro strategies to make sure that the company’s operations matched the organization’s long-term vision and mission.

Video Editor and Social Media Manager

I began pursuing media relations for the company, especially video production, in order to make use of the company’s rising media profile. With these efforts, I was able to grow the company’s Telegram channel by 60%, which was the primary channel for interaction with the audience. I also encourage people to engage with content in order to interact and engage with the public. I also compared and aligned content to the brand identity, making sure that both the style and content of material was aligned with the brand and its values.

Content Director

I aligned the content production process with the company’s vision and mission to be consistent and coherent across all channels. Working with colleagues, I used the mission statement to integrate content, ads, and media campaigns to bring brand alignment. I took the initiative in new media to create new channels of communication and connect with more people, furthering the institute’s impact. Also, I also supervised two direct reports and directed them to ensure that they created quality content.
